REGULAR WEEKLY CLASSES
You can book ahead for classes or go week by week as your diary allows! Please click on the class you want to book and select your date or dates.
Please wear clothes that you feel comfortable in. We have a wide range of mats and props for you to use but if you prefer to bring your own that’s fine. We operate a no outdoor shoes policy in the loft studio.

CURRENT CENTRE GUIDELINES
Please be advised that no outdoor shoes are allowed in the space but you can bring an additional pair clean shoes/trainers if you prefer not to have bare feet. Storage space is provided for your outdoor shoes.
All mats are cleaned before sessions and mat sanitising materials are available for attendees to use. Mats and other yoga props are provided or you may bring your own.
