Keep on moving...as change is here to stay!

This week we played host to a few members of Grand Gestures who specialise in dance improvisation. They used our space to rehearse for a forthcoming performance event

Our Finding your feet programme will begin again in September with the usual combination of enjoyment, challenge and fun.

The classes are carefully structured so that everyone can find their own level …come as you are……and be surprised by what you can do…!!
